Walking with Santiago

This Soulprint is your invitation to move beyond listening—and into living the wisdom shared in Season 1 Episode 10. That is: You don’t need more information. You need sacred space to embody what’s already speaking within you.

Below you’ll find:

  • A Key Quote to Anchor Your Reflection

  • Gentle Soul Prompts to explore your alignment

  • A Centering Practice to bring mind and heart together

  • A Personal Challenge to embody wisdom through action

  • A Blessing to close the reflection with grace

Let’s begin.

Key Quote

There is only one way to learn. It’s through action.
— The Alchemist, p 125

Let this quote be your soul’s compass this week—not as pressure to “do,” but as permission to live what you know.

Soul Prompts

Reflect, journal, or meditate on the following:

  1. What do I know that I haven’t yet embodied?

(What insight or teaching do I often repeat—but rarely practice?)

  2. Where in my life have I confused gathering information with transformation?

(Am I studying healing but avoiding the pain? Reading about trust but still clinging to control?)

  3. What emotion arises when I imagine “learning through action”?

(Is it fear, excitement, resistance, anticipation? Let yourself feel it fully.)

  4. Whose approval am I still seeking when I over-explain or over-intellectualize my journey?

(What would it feel like to honor my heart’s knowing—even if no one else understands?)

  5. When was the last time I truly listened to my heart?

(What did it say? And how did I respond?)

Centering Practice

“Wisdom Breath” – A 5-Minute Integration Practice

This breathwork is designed to help you align the intelligence of the mind with the wisdom of the heart.

  1. Sit comfortably with your spine tall and your feet grounded.

  2. Inhale for 4 counts through your nose, imagining your breath rising to the top of your head.

  3. Exhale for 6 counts through your mouth, dropping awareness into your chest.

  4. Repeat for 3 minutes.

  5. Then, place one hand on your heart and whisper:

“I don’t need to understand everything to walk in truth.”

“I trust what I feel, even when I can’t explain it.”

  6. Sit in silence for 2 minutes, letting this intention settle.

Personal Challenge

The Embodiment Invitation: “One Step of Knowing”

This week, choose one insight you’ve already “learned”—something you’ve highlighted in a book, shared with others, or carried around for months… but not yet lived.

Then ask:

“What is one simple action I can take to embody this truth?”

Examples:

  • If you’ve learned about boundaries, set one lovingly this week.

  • If you’ve studied forgiveness, write the letter—even if you never send it.

  • If you’ve been called to rest, cancel the obligation.

  • If you’ve heard your spirit say “go,” take the first small step.

Don’t worry about doing it perfectly. The soul responds to movement—not mastery.

A Closing Blessing

May your mind remain curious,

But never louder than your heart.

May your seeking be holy—

But your embodiment be sacred.

May your learning walk beside your listening.

And may every truth you carry

Become a truth you live.

Asé. Amen. So it is.
